i wanna be like asok

ive just returned from a workshop entitled "how to get an internship". this organization is being quite a good influence on me. i must say, i feel pretty inspired now to apply for one next quarter. so for the past half hour, ive been browsing available internships. most of them are either affiliated with marketing/finance or engineering/life science. lockheed martin caught my eye. seriously if they put me in an airplane hangar or a weapons silo id be running around in a suit and a hardhat trying to stuff an empty missilehead in my backpack to be used as a piggybank. or AMD seems appealing also. running around with a suit and a laptop putting on my computer nerd side by swearing allegiance to intel and telling them that sponsoring professional gamers is pretty leet. on a more serious note there was one specific internship that really attracted me.

Position description

General:
Internships are unpaid as our budget is limited, but for self-starters, the internships offer a great opportunity to learn and practice skills related to the promotion of international trade activities. Experience is applicable to new NASBITE Global Business Certification. In addition, free passes are given to interns to attend international trade seminars, and if interested, interns can sometimes sit in on client consultations. Those fluent in a foreign language may be called upon to translate for clients or trade groups. At the beginning of the internship, Interns establish their own schedule which varies between 8 and 16 hours per week. Because of space limitations, those hours become fixed over the period of the internship which spans the weeks of the college quarter or semester. Interns make significant contributions to the CITD program and therefore, are expected to work the hours to which they?ve committed. Please be advised that 1-way commute time is 25-30 minutes by car and 2 or more hours by public transportation.

long ago in a galaxy known as the east coast, my mom introduced me to the library back in virginia beach. this building was the pinnacle of southern redneck architecture and made the fresno county downtown library taste like boiled okra. whenever i sat down to read my tommy depaola books in the corner(none of that polar express black and white nonsense), a slender blonde hair blue eyes buxom caused my eyes to follow like a tiger studying its prey. i inquired about her profession and my mom said she reshelved library publications. my eyes widened with curiosity. re-shelve-library-public-ations? a few moments later i shattered mom's dreams of my becoming an engineer by declaring my new career goal as library publication shelver. immediately i was banned from nintendo and daylight. if you see my pictures from my days of prime, youll notice that my skin is considerably white. there is a reason for that, and now you know. the spirit buried within me has become rekindled. i am completely determined to get that internship.

how much of that story is true is for you to judge.

one of the qualifications sets me back slightly though. my working knowledge of chinese isnt fluent, maybe not even semi-fluent. if my day consists of saying tai gui le (too expensive) and hen hao (very good), well maybe a sliver of hope exists. if uma thurman was able to train under pai mei in that condition, any fluffy eyebrowed person could take me under their wing.
